Mr. Manos Katsoulakis
Manos acquired academic expertise in the Maritime sector by pursuing a BEng Hons, followed with MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering during his studies in UK.
Having a family background orientation in Shipping he started his career in the Bulk carrier and Tanker newbuilding sector.
Thereafter he joined the technical department of traditional Shipmanagement Company at a superintendent engineer level gradually reaching the position of Technical Manager (DPA, CSO) and subsequently the position of company’s General Manager shaping the work environment, developing the technical department, setting S& strategy, allocating resources, building the organization, and overseeing operations and claims.
In addition to the above and over the years, he has successfully completed challenging projects ranging from LNG Carriers to Ultra Deep Oil Rigs for the interests of well-established international companies.
He strongly believes that it is important to keep the right perspective on matters, something he strives to instill in every aspect of his career therefore from the co-steering wheel of MAST MS S.A. Manos focused on building up MAST’s network of worldwide partners which continuously develops while actively involved in all technical issues of the marine industry.

Mr. Stamatis Neamonitis
Stamatis’ profound understanding of the industry’s challenges was nurtured from a very young age by his family’s long-standing tradition in top-notch shipping service provision. He acquired academic expertise in the Maritime sector by pursuing a BEng Hons awarded and a MSc during his studies in UK.
He sought to gain deeper insights into the transformative potential of technological innovation to the industry by earning a Master’ s degree in Marine innovation and development and upon his graduation, in 2001, he joined the family business as a Marine engineer and technical consultant.
From this post, he attended numerous dry-dockings and extended repairs of bulk carriers, tankers and general cargo vessels while also being involved with superficial inspections.
Witnessing the impact of global geopolitical and financial transitions on shaping modern shipping, in late 2013 he strives to make a significant contribution to the industry through the company MAST MS S.A., by fostering a “maximum efficiency” company model.
From the co-steering wheel of MAST MS, Stamatis is committed to carve his niche by pioneering comprehensive business and technological solutions for the industry.
As an entrepreneurial and ambitious member of the shipping industry’s “next generation” he is held in high esteem by his clients and peers through his devotion, commitment and field expertise as a high caliber technical turnkey consultant.

Alexandros Destounis
Alexandros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer and MSc in Marine Engineering & Management working with our company in the technical project sector since 2016.
Prior to that, he worked as junior superintendent for two(2) years
at a shipping company who managed a diversified fleet of three(3) dry and two(2) wet cargo vessels.

Kelly Li
Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in international economy and commerce graduated from Fudan University, working with our company since 2017 as Chinese Region Sales and Marketing liaising daily with Chinese shipyards and Chinese manufacturers.
Prior to that, she worked for three years in service providing company operating the spare parts and repair dept.
Her Chinese origin and native language skills together with the deep knowledge of Chinese culture aligned with past 5 years of her work experience in the Greek shipping industry makes her fully understand the demand of our clients in order to find the most efficient solution as regards to the ship repair and Chinese spares inquiries.

Maritina Kleopa
Maritina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Turkish Studies and Modern Asian Studies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she also has a diploma in Turkish Language from the University of Ankara.
She is accredited in the shipping field after completing her studies at University of Piraeus,
while she has strengthened her shipping background through an extensive practical training in KUZEY STAR SHIPYARD
premises.

Alexandros Lampoglou
Alexandros acquired academic expertise in the Maritime sector by pursuing a BEng and MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering awarded with a distinction. His Masters dissertation won 2nd place in the waterborne European competition TRAVISION.
While on his first degree, he sought and seized every opportunity to gain professional experience
both onshore and offshore. He worked as a trainee on the Greek drydock shipyards in Elefsis, and as an intern at
the surveyor’s department of Lloyds Register classification society.
Throughout his Masters degree he expanded his naval background through professional involvement on designing of
Scrubber and BWTS retrofits using state of the art software.
Alexandros is in charge of the Energy Development department of MASTMS S.A.
Always determined to put all the effort to continuously perform to the highest standards of professionalism.

Panagiotis Simantonis
Panagiotis acquired academic expertise in the Maritime sector by pursuing a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth, a Certification in Shipbroking and Chartering from the National and Kapodistrian Universtity of Athens, as well as a MSc in International Trade and Shipping Management from Frederick University of Cyprus.
At the early stages of his career, he worked as an intern at the chartering department of a shipping company in London and then as a repair’s broker in a reputable Greek firm for two years.
Having identified the challenges of the work, he is determined to contribute his knowledge and experience in order to get the best possible results and further enhance the good reputation that MAST MS already has within the Greek Shipping Industry.

Marina Xanthi
Marina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Trade and Transport from the University of the Aegean in Greece.
She acquired fundamental experience while working for four years in the technical and marine department of a shipping company, where she started as an intern.
For the next four years, she worked for a multinational shipping company.
