Ballast Water Management System
MAST Maritime Services S.A. acts as the main agent of Headway OceanGuard® Ballast Water Management System (BWMS) in Greece.
Oceanguard BWMS is a duly USCG certified system and has received great support and interest from Greek Owners with a rich reference list and worldwide after-sales network.
OceanGuard® adopts chemical treatment through Advanced-Electro-catalysis method with a lot of advantages such as:

Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems
Headway Technology is able to provide all types of OceanGuard® Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (EGCS), ranging from; Open-loop, Closed-loop, and Hybrid systems. I-Type scrubber, U-Type scrubber.
Through the professional EGCS R&D team of 6 divisions, Headway can provide full process solutions including specification calculation, regulation, plan approval, scrubber design, pipeline design, electrical design, and commissioning.

Fuel Gas Supply System
An independent intellectual property of Headway Technology Group. Joint with the resources of leading research institutes and universities, Headway is providing an advanced solution that is compatible with Medium-Speed/Low-Speed Dual-fuel marine engines, inland river single/dual-fuel engines, and generators.
The system is also the first one in the industry to obtain the Functional Safety Certificate.
Headway also developed a Smart Fleet Management Platform which can monitor all critical parameters of the FGSS on a real-time basis.

Carbon Capture, Storage and Utilization
An ammonia-pollution-free technology with a higher absorption ratio on CO2 than conventional Aminoethanol (MEA) or Dimethylethanolamine (DMEA) technology.
Enhanced by the modular design, OceanGuard® CCSU can be flexibly arranged on board the ship, bringing 38.5% less power consumption and 25% less fuel cost when installed with OceanGuard® EGCS. OceanGuard® CCSU will start the shipboard test soon.
